Where do you deliver?
We deliver only to supported United States addresses. Standard Shipping is free.
How long does delivery take?
Processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
How do I track, change or cancel an order?
Tracking is sent when available. Contact [email protected] promptly about an address change, cancellation or missing parcel; changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch.
What is the return period?
An eligible return can be requested within 30 days after delivery. Keep the item unused, complete and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Who pays return shipping and when is a refund sent?
We cover eligible return shipping. An approved refund is initiated within 10 business days after receipt and review; a shorter mandatory deadline prevails and provider posting time may be additional.
What if an item is damaged, incomplete or incorrect?
Send order details and available photographs to [email protected] so the appropriate remedy can be assessed.
Which payments are accepted?
The catalog uses USD. Online payment processing is not currently enabled; available methods will be identified at checkout before ordering opens.
